During peak periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season, we strive to ship all orders within 48-72 working hours on a next working day service.
Delivery Days: Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.
Order Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next business day delivery. Orders made from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
During busy periods, we may not guarantee same-day dispatch. Please allow up to 48-72 working hours for your order to be shipped.
Weekend Dispatch: Please note, we do not dispatch orders on weekends.
Delivery Exclusions: Next Day Working Delivery is not guaranteed to the following destinations: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel/Offshore Islands. Deliveries to these areas will arrive within two business days, with a shipping fee of £9.99.
We ship all international orders using a 3-5 working day service. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
For your convenience, we offer Saturday and Sunday delivery for £15. If you place your order before 2 PM on Friday and select the weekend delivery option at checkout, you’ll receive your order that weekend. This service is currently available only in the UK.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team at SUPPORT@RECOVAPRO.CO.UK. We’ll do our best to cancel it before processing and shipping. If the item has already shipped, we’ll assist you with the return process.
