GETTING STARTED

HOW DO I USE MY RECOVAPRO?

To power the device ON, move the power switch on the bottom of the battery to the ON position. To power the device OFF, push the power switch to the OFF position.

With the power switch in the ON position, press the Speed button once to switch the device to level one mode, twice for level two, three times for level three, four times for level four and five times for level five. The blue indicator LED lights will indicate the corresponding power level.

Smart Touch™ Technology allows the device to be switched OFF at any level by merely Holding down the Speed button for two seconds.

With device OFF, fully insert applicator by firmly pressing in. Remove by pulling it out.

Massage the desired body part at the desired speed, applying pressure as needed.

Smart Glide™ Technology which this device is fitted with provides a built-in protection apparatus which automatically powers down the device when it's running time exceeds 10 minutes.

Please place the power switch in the OFF position, once the device is no longer in use.

HOW LONG SHOULD I USE MY RECOVAPRO?

Depending on the desired result, we recommend using your Recovapro for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. A full-body session should not exceed 10 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day.

30 SECONDS = MUSCLE ACTIVATION

Prior to workouts or physical activity, float your Recovapro for up to 30 seconds to instantly activate and “wake up” your muscles.

15 SECONDS = MUSCLE RE-ACTIVATION

Reactivate muscles during your workout or any activity by using your Recovapro for 10-15 seconds on the muscle group. This will re-energize, relieve muscle spasms and fatigue, and keep muscles active.

2 MINUTES = PAIN RELIEF & RECOVERY

Float your Recovapro for up to 2 minutes for muscle recovery post-workout to decrease soreness, and on any muscles that require immediate pain relief.

CAN I TRAVEL WITH MY RECOVAPRO?

When travelling with your Recovapro, Because the device contains Lithium-ion batteries, it must be stored in carry-on baggage only.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders generally process within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2pm GMT Friday will be processed the following Monday.

When your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive email notifications with tracking and delivery updates.

HOW DO I UPDATE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at SUPPORT@RECOVAPRO.CO.UK. Once orders are placed, we have a very limited window of time to update your address, but we will do our best to make a request with the courier.

Please note that address changes may delay the delivery of your order by several business days.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. HOW DO I CANCEL IT?

Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at SUPPORT@RECOVAPRO.CO.UK. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. If the item has already been shipped, we will work with you to ensure it is returned.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your Recovapro as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Recovapro, you have 90 days to return it with a money-back guarantee.

1. Returns are accepted within the first 90 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 90 days, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team via email at Support@recovapro.co.uk.
2. Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Form to complete and send back to us. The form MUST be included with your return. Please keep in mind, we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
3. Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business day to process a refund.
4. Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.

WARRANTY

HOW DO I REGISTER MY RECOVAPRO FOR A WARRANTY?

If you purchased the RECOVAPRO directly from us at www.Recovapro.co.uk, your warranty will have automatically registered.

 

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR EACH RECOVAPRO PRODUCT?

RECOVAPRO products are manufactured with high-quality industrial parts designed to last. If any malfunctions occur, your limited warranty covers:

RECOVAPRO device & charger - 2 years

RECOVAPRO Lithium-ion batteries - 90 days

RECOVAPRO  Charger - 1 year

RECOVAPRO Attachments - 90 days

To have the Recovapro device or a part repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned with the freight prepaid and insured to Recovapro. This warranty does not apply to damage that Recovapro determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Recovapro authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. Recovapro does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers, remote purchasers or the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a retailer to obligate Recovapro in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, liquids including but not limited to water or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions, loss of use during the period the product is at the Recovapro repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Recovapro.

This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. 

Recovapro shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential or special damages. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which are found to be defective within the effective warranty period.

No refunds will be given If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, Recovapro reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.

This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of Recovapro Ltd.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is effective for all Recovapro products purchased through a Recovapro website within the timelines covered. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.

SAFETY

WARNINGS

Before using or charging the Recovapro or Lithium-ion batteries, read all instructions and cautionary markings in this manual, on the charger, on the battery, and on the Recovapro. 

Do not immerse in water. Keep away from any liquids or heat sources. Keep ventilation ports free from dust and debris.

Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble or alter the design of the product.

Do not operate continuously for more than one hour. Allow the device to rest for 30 minutes before re-using.

Unplug the charger from device battery after charging or before use.
For adult use only. Do not use if injured. Consult your doctor before using this product.

Use product only according to Instructions. Use materials available at Product instructions attachments.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

We strive to make the Recovapro as safe as possible. This is an advanced mechanical tool with electric components. If the Recovapro and its accessories are not used or maintained properly, there is a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury. When using the Recovapro, these basic precautions should always be followed including:

For adult use only/adult supervision.

Use only on a dry clean surface of the body over clothing by lightly pressing and moving across the body for approximately 60 seconds per region.

Use the massage device only on the body's soft tissue as desired without producing pain or discomfort. Do not use it on your head or any hard or bony area of the body.

Use only the applicators that provide the best-desired effect.

Bruising can occur regardless of control setting or pressure applied. Check treated areas frequently and immediately stop at first sign of pain or discomfort.

Keep fingers, hair, or any other body part away from the shaft, and back side of the applicator as pinching may occur.

Do not place any objects into the ventilation holes of the massage device.

Do not immerse in water or allow water to enter the ventilation holes of the massage device.

Do not drop or misuse the massage device.

Only recharge with supplied 24VDC massage device charger.
Carefully examine device and battery before each use.
Do not tamper or alter the massage device in any way.
Never leave the massage device operating or charging unattended.
